Ryker's Realm

Refund policy

Last updated 19 September 2026.

In short: if you bought Donor Points in the last 14 days and have not spent them, email us and we will refund them in full.

What can be refunded

  • Unspent Donor Points, within 14 days of purchase. We refund the payment in full to the original card and remove the matching points from your account.
  • Anything that went wrong on our side, whatever the date. If a payment was taken and the points never arrived, or an item you bought was never delivered and we cannot deliver it, you get your money back. Tell us and we will fix it.
  • A purchase you did not make. If someone used your card without permission, contact us and your card issuer. We will refund it and help you secure the account.

What cannot be refunded

  • Donor Points you have already spent. Once points are exchanged for an item and that item is delivered to a character, the purchase is final.
  • Purchases older than 14 days, unless they fall under one of the cases above.
  • Points removed because of a ban. If an account is banned for breaking the rules, unspent points are not refunded.

If you spent only some of your points, we can refund the unspent share on request.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email rykersrealm@gmail.com from the address on your game account, or open a ticket in the launcher's Support tab.
  2. Tell us your account name and roughly when you bought the points. You do not need the receipt, though it helps.
  3. We reply within two business days and process approved refunds immediately.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually returns the money within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or by another method.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — it is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix it. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback may be suspended until it is settled, because the points have already been delivered.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If that law gives you more than this policy does, it applies.
